How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping to the contiguous 48 states is Free if you the items in your cart total more that $99.00.  For orders less than $99.00 the shipping and handling is $7.95.  For  Hawaii, Alaska and territories please see our Visit our Shipping Info Page.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please call us at 1-866-758-0655 within 72 hours of receiving the product. You may also visit our Shipping Info Page. for more information.
What is your return policy?
  We want to make sure you are pleased with the items you order.

We will communicate with you to make sure your order is exactly what you expect. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt.

A little disclaimer though... we are not responsible for misspelling, incorrect letters or your font choice on the order we received from you.

If you are not satisfied in any way, give us a call at 1-866-758-0655 so that we can see what it will take to make you happy.

If something needs to be returned, let us know within 30 days of receipt and we will let you know how to return the item to us. We will refund the cost of your items. Refunds will be made using the same form of payment on your original order. Unfortunately, we can''t refund the original shipping costs, if any.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box, packaging material and merchandise. Notify us immediately at 1-866-758-0655.  We will replace the item and may have the carrier pickup the damaged items and packaging from you.

Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended when returning merchandise. If possible, email us with any tracking numbers for the packages being returned.

We usually ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order.  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment.
