Do I have to pay sales tax?
	Because we are a New Hampshire small business, and New Hampshire doesn't have a sales tax, we do not charge you sales tax.
I have a question on my charges.
	Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
	Invoices Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
	Credits Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
	We will charge your credit card when we begin to work on your order, usually within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).   Production time for Business Card Sculptures can be up to 2 weeks from when we receive your business cards.  Since the sculpture is considered "in production" as soon as the business cards are received by us, we will charge your credit card at the time we receive your business cards.
